CS3 crashing

CS3 is crashing everytime I try to open a asp page. It opens html and
php pages, atl least now. First it started out with ones with stored
procedures and not it is every #%#@** one. DW8 just chugs along. Does
anyone else have this problem or an answer?

For some bizarre reason, CS3 will crash with just this code on an ASP page:

<% If MM_offset <> 0 Then %>
<a href="<%=MM_moveFirst%>">First</a>
<% End If %>

Thanks but that is not my situation. I am now trying to connect the
the page David suggested except here in ATL on bellsouth connecting to
an adobe page takes forever and successful at all.

I never get connect to the reference, it timed out more than a half a
dozen times yesterday afternoon/evening and this morning. I even did a
searchon the trailing reference, found it but then again, it timed out.
But I finally located the post about deleting WinFileCache*.dat. That
did the job.

Here in ATL I have always had problems attaching to www.adobe.com site
and therefore only go to the site when I absolutely have to.
