CS3 removes tracking code

I use tracking code in my websites Everytime I make a change (through Dreamweaver CS3) to a page and upload it, the code disappears from the source code.

Does any one have any experience or a solution for this problem?

What tracking code? Are you using Templates? Can we see a page that has
this tracking code applied?
