CS5.5 fatal error XML parsing - DW won't open

Dreamweaver CS5.5 has suddenly stopped working. When I attempt to open it, I receive two messages.

I have read previous threads and have deleted the WinFileCache-********.dat file inside the Config folder, but I'm still unable to open DW. The Config. folder now shows as seen below.

Close Dreamweaver, rename the Configuration folder to Configuration-bu or similar and re-start Dreamweaver.
