Hi, falks.

I have a problem when I try to make a connection to access 2003 database. The database connection test is OK but I can`t see the tables inside the Access 2003 database.

Can anyone help me please?

Thanks a lot.

Ppintuflo,
Could you please explain further. At what point can you not see the tables? It sounds like you have defined a connection. At this point you will only get 'connection successful'. Until you create a recordset you will see no fields or be able to test it with a query.

I don’t know if anyone is reading this forum anymore, but I’m having the same problem.  The same thing happened with MX04 and Macromedia released a fix.  After that it worked fine.  I don’t see any fix for CS4.  Very disappointing.

There’s a pull down that shows the tables after you select the database.  I can attach a pic if you’re interested.

Can you post the pic? I have probably the same problem (but with php): connection test is ok; but tables don't show up...

I just discovered the problem and it was right under by nose the entire time.  My site was pointing to the wrong host directory.  Now I feel dumb.  Okay, so it works with ASP for sure.
