Hi. I need to reset activation so that I can install it on my new computer for Adobe CS4 Dreamweaver (MAC). Please advise.
I have the serial number on the back of the case but when I entered it gave me an X error.
Thank you!
I don't think legacy CS4 is going to work with Mac Mojave. There have been too many changes in 11 years. Your best option would be to set-up a virtual machine or 2nd computer with an older OS to support your legacy software. But keep in mind that the web has changed significantly too. I don't know how much value you will derive from 11 year old web software. The only other option is to subscribe to Creative Cloud. You can test the latest version of CC 2019 free for 7 days.

When you can't deactivate a serial number
BE SURE TO ONLY ASK FOR ACTIVATION SUPPORT TO ADJUST YOUR ACTIVATION COUNT
