Developer toolbox file upload issue

Hi -

Has anyone else tested the fil upload functions in toolbox?
I keep getting the Folder security error.

I have debugged this to be a problem with insert/update records if file field in form has no content.

If selected a image and submit/update, everything is ok.
If insert/update text only and file field is empty, then the security error.

Any one else have any experience or workaround for this?

Well at first you can try the ADDT support forum and not this one. Its more likely to have a reply there.
At second, the basic question:
Are your server folders with 777 permission?
