DLL file in use when installing yahoo extension

Everytime I try to install the Yahoo extension an error pops up that xerces-c_2_3_0.dll is in use. Ive CTRL ALT Deleted almost everything and it still pops up Ive restarted I even tried removing and reinstalling Dreamweaver does anyone know how I can install this extension?

If you're on Vista, then try running Extension Manager as Administrator. Right Click on the Extension Manager and select Run as Administrator. And it may be that you might need to be logged into your OS as the Administrator user.

I was having this same problem, and your answer helped me fix it. From the Vista desktop, right click on Dreamweaver, select "Run as Administrator". Then install your extensions as usual.
