I tried cartweaver but they are a ripoff. I need to purchase a shopping cart and calendar that I can add birthdays to. I need them to be compatable with Dreamweaver cs5.5 and i prefer that they be written in php. Does anyone have any suggestions?
Thank you

What is a ripoff? Can you be more descriptive as to what you need, what you are selling, what payment gateway/merchant account you need it to connect with?

Allen,
Oh my goodness! I just came across this and feel really bad that you had a bad experience. I know it's late but I'd be happy to help. First let me apologize for the phone problem. I'm sad to say that this very well could have happened. We were using a third party phone system, through Costco actually, and we ran through a rough patch right about this time where calls were just disappearing! So my apologies for this, really!
Let me address your other concerns.
Cartweaver 3 is fully compatible with Dreamweaver CS5.5. Just install the extension files using Adobe Extension Manager. Both the base extension and the tool bar will go right in. If this is not what you experianced, let me know and I can put you in touch directly with our extension developer.
For the support ticket system, it quite simple. Just go to http://support.cartweaver.com - if this is your first time here you'll need to create a support account. The support system is not tied into the CW store so your log in for the CW store wont work. This is probably where the confusion came from. This is explained on the home page of the support system, but you may have missed that. You'll only need to do this once, and if you use the same username and password you used for the store it will keep things easy.
We also have a very active support forum at: http://forums.cartweaver.com - this is a really fast way to get answers.
I think most on this forum, who have know me and Cartweaver for a long time, will attest that we try really hard to provide good support. I feel bad that you did not receive it. Contact me directly if you would and I'll see what I can do to make it right with you.
