No.  DW is merely a code editing tool.  Can you explain more about what you're trying to do?

2FA is something that's programmed into your web application manually or with 3rd party scripts.

After editing content withn Dreamweaver on desktop we would like to use the builtin Dreamweaver site upload mechamism to upload the new content a server that is configured for two factor authentication. So it sounds like using an sftp client is required.

In other words, edit your site within Dreamweaver but will have to use a separate sftp client like Filezilla, Fetch, etc. to upload your newly edited site to your server that is using 2FA

You'll need to define your site (Site > New Site...)

From the Manage Sites panel, click on Servers tab and enter your your server's log-in credentials and password as instructed by your hosting provider.   The Root Directory varies by hosting plan.  See screenshot.

Hope that helps.
