I would like to know how to download dreamweaver CS 5.5 French version. My official CD/DVD have become unreadable. Thanks

as per the Download older versions of Adobe apps help page, you might be able to download it from your account.

If you don't see it, register it first by entering your serial number and hit the Register button on that page. If the installer is still available, you will see a download link for the app under Registered products.

Creative Suite is discontinued and unsupported software from 2010.  Adobe removed the old installers from their website.  You can try this direct download link but I can't guarantee it will work with your license.

That said, the web has made significant changes in 13 years.  So have browsers and computer operating systems.   You really should get modern software.  If not Dreamweaver, then something else.
