Dreamweaver 2017: after deleting HTML code that contains images, I'm still seeing the images in the preview pane

I'm using tables to build an email. I usually will duplicate as many rows as I need to start then add the new content over the duplicated rows. In this instance I duplicated to many rows so I deleted the extras. The deleted rows are still showing in the preview pane! Ghosts? Yes I clicked in the preview pane. I'm able to click on the images and see their HTML highlighted in the code pane with the exception of the ghost images. I'm aware that I can close the file and open it back up, but this is annoying?

Design or Live View?

Did you save and hit F5 to Refresh your screen?

Saving isn't part of my workflow. I usually need to code emails pretty fast and just paste over the same HTML template which I update every couple weeks. I don't really plan on adding "saving every single file" to my workflow.

You may not think you need to save your work but computers have an ugly way of choking up & freezing when you don't save regularly.   I suspect that's what's happening -- not enough available RAM or graphics memory to keep up with what you're doing.

While that might be generally true. Today is my first day using DW2017 at work. The previous versions I used here: 2016, CS6 and CS5.5 never had this problem. We only use DW for coding emails because it speeds up the process, but it seems like the past couple times there have been new releases, it just makes the job a little more slow and awkward.

Or possibly your computers can't keep up with what you're doing in the latest version.  Min-requirements are just that.  Minimum recommendations.

My system is equipped with far more memory (physical & virtual), graphics and CPU capability than the recommended specs for performance reasons.  But don't let me be your guide. Keep doing what you're doing and revert back to 2015 if that better suits your workflow.

I can't consider this a resolution to a DW17 bug. This is just obvious advice.

I don't have this issue under W7 in CC 2017.

Does F5 do anything for you or are they still showing after a Refresh?

Have you tried any of the "usual" troubleshooting steps like clearing the program cache, restoring preferences or a Cleaner Tool reinstall?

Huh?

You posted a few minutes ago to the forum that the previous user's answer was not a resolution to your issue (and was obvious advice). I was trying to clarify that you had tried all of the previous suggestions (did F5 do anything?) and see if you had done any other troubleshooting steps that may fix the issue.

If you've found the answer, posting it here in the forum would help anyone else who happens to run into the same problem.

No - I did it the old fashioned way, without dreamweaver. If I'm handed off work that needs to be done asap, I'm certainly not going to slow down the business debugging DW17 for Adobe.

I just did my work in notepad++ instead.
