New Here ,
Nov 29, 2016 Nov 29, 2016

I just updated to the new Dreamweaver 2017, and now the refresh button pops up this box: 123.PNG

All I'm trying to do is refresh the local files...

Especially when it's been at the top for over a decade... one of the many changes made without any consideration of exiting users.

In all fairness, Dreamweaver has been totally re-designed with Brackets code engine.   It's worthwhile to take a few moments and read what's new in CC 2017.

But really, why change stuff like that? It was fine where it was...

Change is hard, I know.  But it was inevitable.  DW had not been fully overhauled since Macromedia owned it.  And it was way overdue.

Thank you!!! This was driving me nuts for months. I think it's finally time to review the new features as suggested above. I do wish, however, that Dreamweaver could automatically refresh as soon as a new file is added to the local folder. Is there a way to edit the refresh rate?
