Dreamweaver 2017 - saved page changes not showing in Chrome

Participant ,

Hi, I'm using DW 2017 build 9314

I am also using Apache to run dynamic pages on several of my sites.  One thing that just started happening is after I've made a change and saved it in DW, when I go to Chrome the change doesn't show.  If I go delete cached images and files, the change will show but this is not fun to do each time I make a change.  It's also strange because some changes will show but others don't.

Is there something I'm doing wrong or is this a bug?

Thanks

Suz
