Dreamweaver 2021 disconnected from sites

Recently updated to Dreamweaver 2021. Launched Dreamweaver only to find that it is not connected to any of my sites. The folders are still there, but DW informs me that there is no ste file. I can open individual pages, but the site info is gone. 

Anyone have an idea of what happened here? Where did my site data go?

STE files are something you must create manually by exporting site definitions from your previous version Site Manager panel.  However, if you previously synced settings to the cloud, in theory, you can import those synced settings into the latest version and then restart DW.    Go to your Preferences Panel.

Change to Import Sync Settings
