Dreamweaver CC 2018 has stopped working

Community Beginner ,
Jan 02, 2018 Jan 02, 2018

Hello,

Recently every time I start Dreamweaver CC 2018 I get the error message below saying it has stopped working. I ran into this issue a week or so ago and uninstalled/re-installed Dreamweaver and that fixed the issue but now it will not work. I have also uninstalled/re-installed Creative Cloud program and that did not fix the issue either. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.

Please open your Windows Event Viewer and check for the Faulting Module that's causing DW to crash.

I have to do this fix every time I start Dreamweaver. Is there a way to permanently fix this? Thanks.

Oh right.  This is a Windows system ucrtbase.dll problem.

Try using your System File Checker's scannow.  It might repair the problem system file.
