Dreamweaver Crashes on Image Insertion

I teach web design and have 25 computers in my lab. I have noticed that with some users, Dreamweaver CS 5 crashes when you insert an image, but NOT when you hard-code in an image. I can move that user to another computer, and the crash problem persists. Another student can use the SAME pc, with their own user account, and no crash. Basically, some of my students can insert images, some can only hard code them in. How can I fix this?

Sounds like there may be a corruption in the personal configuration folders of a couple of the students. Normally I would suggest clearing the program cache file, or restoring preferences (each log-in has it's own cache and prefs in a hidden directory)...

I'm not 100% if it's the same procedure on a volume licensed version though.
