Dreamweaver displays error on valid CSS Grid syntax

hi i was typing in CSS Grid code and the line: grid-template-columns: repeat(4, 1fr); has a red error message saying "Expected RBRACE at line 6, column 35".  i have tested the code in a css validator and the live preview had changed the view of the page.

This is a known issue with DW's Linting function. It flat out doesn't understand the "fr" css unit.

If you need to validate your css, use the online validator at: https://jigsaw.w3.org/css-validator/ until Adobe finally fixes the problem. If the red line number in DW bothers you, you can turn off the in-document linting under...

Edit > Preferences > Linting > uncheck the box for Enable Linting
