Dreamweaver Extensions Greyed Out

Help! I'm beating my head against a wall . . .

I'm somewhat incompetent and am stuck on this problem.

I'm working on a mac and have CS5 working on the design view with Dreamweaver. I am not comfortable with coding at all.

I have downloaded the kaosweaver extension Advanced Random Images and for some reason it is greyed out under my command menu.

I have been searching the web trying desperately to find out how I can:

a) either solve the problem and use the extension by getting the extension to not be greyed out or,

b) simple design view step by step instructions to have my site select random images from a folder with change each time the page is loaded.

I've tried kaosweaver support by their site has an error and have had (after many days searching) no success.

Anyone? Please?

I have also installed, re-installed, etc, etc and quit and restarted the program and computer.
