Dreamweaver is very slow

Hello, this query is because the program is excessively slow and I do not think it is a computer problem, I also use photoshop, illustrator and indesing and they work perfectly.
Dreamweaver stops every time I write in both Design view and Schedule view. Every thing I touch appears the waiting wheel or the program does not respond.
Please can someone help me? I take more than an hour to make an email!

If you are on Windows, below KB article would resolve the slow typing issue in code view.

I'm not sure what Schedule View is, but if you are on Windows there is a known issue.  You can try the steps in this post to see if this helps resolve your issue: https://community.adobe.com/t5/dreamweaver/dreamweaver-20-2-slow-typing-performance/td-p/11257115?pa... .  If you are using a Mac please let us know.

Also - I wouldn't recommend typing out HTML emails in DW.  From experience, it's much more efficient to do that in your ESP.
