I am able to upload to the server with Filezilla no issues but when trying to connect with Dreamweaver constant "connection lost" errors and impossible to upload. No solutions found.

Is your remote server defined properly? Did you hit the TEST button? See screenshot.
If the TEST button fails to connect, click on > More Options.

My DW also also disconect from web-server but for me is it not a problem because then click Put DW connect to the server and upload the file after that disconect again, it work great for me.
I also think after autocynk was disconnected, are the new standard that server is disconnected to you need upload your lokal file or compare your lokal file with servern, but I can be wrong because I have not use autosynk the latest 10 years it's only I hove code the pages.

When remote server connection sits idle without any recent activity, it's normal for the connection to timeout & disconnect from the server. Almost all S/FTP clients do this for security reasons. There's absolutely no upside in having an open server connection 24/7.

The difference is it won't stay connected for longer than a few seconds so put to server is impossible most of the time.

Evidently you have an entirely different problem that none of us can reproduce.
This could be related to your site definition settings, your server, your operating system, anti-virus/firewall, or your Wifi/Router.
My advice is to keep using FileZilla while you continue to troubleshoot in Dreamweaver.
If you have another computer you can use, you might want to install Dreamweaver on it to see if that one remains connected to your server. Beyond what I've already posted above, there's not much more I can suggest.

Site config, some info redacted:
I attempted allowing Dreamweaver through the firewall port 21, no effect.

Are you sure your web URL is HTTP (non-secure) and not HTTPS (secure)?
Uploading content to a non-secure server could be disallowing the connection as a safety measure.

The site is https. https://uploading.fastertrack.com/ Oh, hang on. I wonder if I put the address in wrong.
(tested) I was hoping that was the only problem but no 😞
I also changed the ftp address to home257307023.1and1-data.host, whatever that means.
This is frustrating 😞 I'm open to suggestions, hopefully it's just a simple error somewhere.

I'm with Ionos (formerly 1&1). Just a basic package, I don't need a lot.
