Dreamweaver locks up when playing a movie with soundtrack

I built a page over a year ago with a movie and a sound-file. When I try to open it in Dreamweaver it freezes and will not allow me to do anything. The sound-file is already playing and keeps playing but I cannot move anywhere-

Autoplaying media is intrusive, obnoxious and as you're finding out, just plain annoying to work with.

Switch to Design view from your Document Toolbar.  See screenshot.   And get rid of the autoplay.
