I am new to this program and have an assignment due for school Sunday, the dreamweaver application opens but from the create screen nothing responds. Ive tried uninstalling & reinstalling both just the program and the creative cloud and nothing works. Please help. I am currently using the latest version of Mac OS Monterey 12.5.
An assignment due on a sunday is rough. You could try resetting preferences from this kb article and see if that helps( https://helpx.adobe.com/dreamweaver/kb/restore-preferences-dreamweaver.html ). But if you are re-installing it could be a deeper issue with your user account on the OS. If this is your personal computer you could try creating a new account and launch DW and see if it persists.
