Dreamweaver re-install

I cannot get to reinstall latest version of Dreamweaver after deleting the older version for the new. It kept on stopping after about 7% of install. II have been trying for weeks but with no result! Can someone please help?

Next time, do not delete the old version. All versions reside side by side although they cannot be used at the same time. If you do not want multiple versions on your system, then the new installation will automatically remove the previous version.
