Dreamweaver shut down prematurely

Both Deramweaver 2019 and Dreamweaver 2021 prematurely shutdown only seconds after startup.

Assuming you have a compatible computer and OS with latest updates to run Creative Cloud and Dreamweaver,

Yes. All has worked fine on this computer for quite some time without issue. As for changing preferences.... it doesn't stay open long enough to accomplish that.

You can just go to the folder locations from that KB article and delete the files manually.  You don't have to open the app to do that.

Not change preferences.  RESTORE PREFERENCES to their factory setting.  You must close DW.
