I am in a web design class for school. I had to start all over again for my website and I made a new site with the same server. Is it all ready too late? Am I able to start over again?

The "Same - not transferred" error in your FTP Log usually means there is a server misconfiguration where you can Read and Write files, but you can't overwrite existing files.

To test it, delete one of the files from the server that shows the "same - not transferred" message and then upload it again. If the settings on the server are wrong, the file will upload without issue.

You'll need to talk to your server administrator and show them the FTP log.

Ask your instructor.  This probably has nothing to do with Dreamweaver.  If the assignment deadline has passed, the school probably blocked your access to the server.
