Drop Down menus

Gosh i had been looking around and searching for a good tutorial that will allow me to creat a menu with pop up drop down sub menu like the adobe site. You know when you rollover sub menus pop up and collapses back on roll out. Can someone here point me to the tutorial? I had some tute i followed but they used layer technique is just kinda old and doesn't work that well with other browsers.
