DW CS3 on Vista multiple crashes

Most times when developing my PHP/MySQL pages, any interactivity with the server/database happens and then DW crashes. I have tried changed the server and db. I have re-installed DW. I have renamed/created new configuration folder. I have deleted the Win*.dat cache. Tried caching on/off. Disabled Win Vista UAT - User access. Removed previous install of MX. Basically exhausted all similar problems other have experienced to no avail. No strict pattern to crashes. I'm trying to develop a customer site and having to restart DW every 4 minutes! Anyone have any ideas please?!
