Hello All,
I was wondering if there is a way to develop web applications with dreamweaver, php, mysql and apache while offline. If so, please elaborate or point me in the direction of resources. Thank you.

Best regards.

It's a good idea to develop and test locally. You should be able to set up a functioning web environment on your local computer. Dreamweaver Help has instructions to do so. In the table of contents, look for Setting Up a Web Application under Preparing to Build Dynamic Sites.
