Two Dynamic List fields

Sex

Fist Name

User selects Sex; male for example
Moves on to First Name and the drop down should contain only mail first
names. What I want is to do this on one form but I do not know if I
can casue when the form is displayed it populates both lists before sex
is chosen. Is there a way to do this in one form?
