dynamic pop up menu - how to?

here's what i want to do:

two pop up menus are next to each other. If i select one of the items in the menu on the left, the choices in the one on the right would change. and, when you release each menu the selection you made remains in view in the menu button.

anyone know how to do that?

Thanks Mark. Your product looks like it might be the answer;
Is it possible to alter the graphic appearance of these? I'm going after the apple gel-style menu buttons.

Hello cmdred,

Whilst there isn't a way of skinning the menus in Dynamic Dropdowns. You
could achieve this by styling the drop down menus using CSS and
background images.
