Erreur "Impossible de charger les fichiers de ressources traduits"

Je n'arrive pas à lancer Dreamweaver j'ai le message :"Impossible de charger les fichiers de ressources traduits . Pour corriger ce problème, veuillez réinstaller l'application"

J'ai installé la dernière version disponible sur mon MacBook Pro avec macOS Big Sur après formatage pour tout réinstaller.

J'ai essayé plusieurs fois de le désinstaller et réinstaller, essayé les versions antérieures mais toujours le même problème... j'ai également installé Creative Cloud Cleaner tool comme lu dans un forum mais ça n'a rien changé..

Quelqu'un a-t-il déjà eu ce problème?

Thanks for writing to us. We apologize for the issue you are observing on your machine. Can you please confirm the App language selected in Creative Cloud Desktop App preferences and confirm if Dw was installed with the same language selected.

 

In case the required language is selected, can you please try the below steps and see if the issue gets resolved on your machine.

 

Steps:

1. Uninstall Dw

2. Launch CCD app, click on User Icon on top-right and select Preferences menu from the drop-down

3. Change App installation path to any custom location on your machine

4. Install Dw 2021 and launch from custom location (Observe if error dialog is invoked)

1 - MacOS Big Sur (v11)

2 - the last build available, so must be the v21.2
