Error Dreamweaver 21.2 crashes during launch (Windows 10)

Hello.

Using DW 21.2 under Win10 Pro (up to date). Dreamweaver crashes during launch, no matter what, starting the error report. Reinstallation of DW did not solve the problem.

What can I do?
