I am using a Macbook and have been encountering missing file errors. Most of them aren't critical and I can work around them -- but I do need to be able to use the Extract feature. Uninstall/reinstall did nothing. My Creative Cloud is v. 188.8.131.52. This is the error I get when I go to Windows --> Extract. Help?
If you have tried uninstall/reinstall, can you try logging into another account on your computer and seeing if the same error persists? I've seen and experienced issues first hand of user profiles becoming corrupted and the best way to fix these sometimes is to create a new user account on the computer and migrate files to that if it's working better. Let us know what happens.
