Extend Studio Not installing correctly

I have windows 8

I'm using DW CS6

Bought Exted Studio in Nov. 2014

I have went through the Extend Studio share screen session and they couldn't help me.  I deleted Extend Studio and tried to re install it again, but the extension does not show up in my DW program.  Elena Coman from Extend Studio suggested that I contact adobe directly.  Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
