Extension Manager does not allow installation of extensions

Can anybody tell me why the Extension Manager for Dreamweaver CS3 tells me it "requires Dreamweaver 10 or greater?" How can I get this program to recognize that I have CS3 already installed? I've tried removing the program and re-installing it, removing any traces of earlier versions of Dreamweaver, but with no success. Any help will be much appreciated.

CS3 is version 9 of Dreamweaver, and CS4 is version 10. If you are trying to install an extension and Extension Manager says that you need at least version 10, then that could be the reason (although I thought the messages were tied to CS4 rather than 10, but I may be mistaken).

If that isn't the case, and you please describe the exact steps you're taking and the exact error message you're getting at what point in the interaction with Extension manager.
