Extension/Update for Dreamweaver CS6 to add key file for SFTP

Is there an Extension/Update for Dreamweaver CS6 specifically to add key file for SFTP to allow access to AWS EC2 etc...

CS6 hasn't been updated since late 2012.  It's no longer supported.  So no.

You will need to connect to AWS EC2 instance via a command line shell.  I use Git Bash (it's free).  Or log-in to your AWS control panel and use Amazon's uploader.
