File Upload Progress Bar?

Hello everyone,

I really need a way to create a upload progress bar, even if all it is is text. Now I am aware that PHP is incapable of doing such things. But if someone can help me do this is I would be very grateful.I have searched all over for something that works and have yet to find something.

I've used flex to do this and you can also use ajax.
