I have made my own Flash Button and want to use it on a web page as a submit button. Could someone please tell me how I can do this? Thanks!

Sarah

You need a pass a javascript submit command from the flash movie inside of a
GetURL command. Send me an email offlist and I will find the exact code for
you.

Note - while I always hate people telling me what I should and shouldn't do
...

This is not advised, especially after the latest version of IE means you
have to click on these links twice.

That shouldn't be an issue if you implement one of the many fixes out on the
web, including Adobe's own.

In theory, you can just use a link of

javascript ocument.formname.submit()

Thanks Guys!

G.. I did find that you have to click on them twice when i just uploaded the flash swf file on it's own. I found this quite annoying.
Also, Julian, I think i already tried that javascript without any luck. I have searched all across the internet trying to find out how to do this. I'm not totally sure that I've done the button correctly in flash!!!
Sorry 😞
