flash video will not play when I upload to server! HELP!

Please help! I am trying to put flash video in my website and it previews in firefox and IE but when I upload to the server it wont play....you can mouse over and right click and it acts as if a movie is there but it doesnt show the movie......my code is posted below......I have uploaded the scripts, .swf. and .flv files together.......I am truly lost....Any help would be truly appreciated!

make sure your server can play .flv files. Add the .flv mime type to your server.
