Form does not display in IE

Can anyone help?

I created a form in Dreamweaver that displays fine on Firefox but in IE and Safari, the page is blank.

What could be the problem?

I just had a problem like that this morning. Specifically I am not sure
but I believe that I had left parts of a tag behind when I was deleting
some menu roll over code manually. I just back tacked to my last good
save and deleted the rollovers in the server behavior window instead of
deleting directily from code. The code that left blank pages passed
DW8's validity check.

What I learned here was, if I create something with DW behavior,
deltete from the behavior dialog.
