Form2Mail extension Help

I just wondered if anyone has this extension and can help me. I have this extension as part of the hotdreaweaver php toolbar but i cannot seem to get it to work. I have defined a testing server in dreamweaver, followed the tutorials provided by the extension but I keep getting an error message 404 the requested URL /HDWform2mail/formtomail.php cannot be found on this server. Can anyone help please, or walk me through exactly how they got there extension to work. Any help will be much appreciated.

Hi,

I changed the ' / ' before the URl

and Place your sent.html & error.html inside the folder 'HDWForm2Mail'

It will work fine.
