I created an online HelpDesk and need the technicians to be able to edit the tickets. When you click on the link to open a specific ticket, it does not generate the proper information, it pulls information from the oldest ticket as well as the most recent. I am stuck and don't have anyone to bounce my questions off of.

Any help is appreciated!

Check your SQL statement and put - "ORDER BY ticketdate DESC LIMIT 1" at the end also could use in your SQL.
