FTP error

After editing a slideshow, I save it, but got a message:

An FTP error occurred - cannot open remote folder htdocs/.

Access denied. The file may not exist, or there could be a permission problem.

I also get the same message when I try to access 'remote site' from DW  CS4.

Any help, please?
