After sending files to FTP is File activity complete, but on the remote server is not nothing. Can someone help me? Thanks.
Open aquastop.sk on the remote server.
I'm willing to bet you already have aaa.png in that folder and because of an error in your permissions, you no longer have the ability to overwrite files on the server.
To test if that's the issue...
Create a new page called TEST.html
Upload it to the server
Make a change to the page, save and attempt an upload again.
If your FTP overwrite permission is goofed up, you'll get the same "Skipped" message.
On a related note, are you trying to create a subdomain or som

Expand your Files Panel and connect to Remote server.
With local site and remote site side-by-side, you can compare files on server with those on your local side. Check the date and time stamps to ensure the newest files are getting to your server.

If the date & time stamp is updated & and you still don't see new results in browser, refresh your browser or clear the memory cache.

On a related note, are you trying to create a subdomain or something, or did you accidentally set your site up to be within the aquastop.sk folder locally so you would find it online at www.yourdomain.com/aquastop.sk ?

I created a new file aaa.html and uploaded to the server. I do not understand that. Put operation successful and file on the server is not.

The problem is, you are not uploading to the correct location AND your permissions are not right. Take a look at this modified screenshot...

In your local files, you have accidentally created a redundant root folder called aquastop.sk (number 1 on the right side of your screenshot). When the Site - Aquastop (GoroKey:Kluc:Kryton:Weby:Aquastop) folder is your actual root, the contents of which are supposed to be uploaded directly to the public_html server root.
All of your site files are inside that aquastop.sk folder, including your aaa.html file (#2 on the right side).
When you uploaded to your server, that folder was created as a sub directory within your server root folder (#1 on the left).
The aaa.html file will be there when you click the > to open the folder (#2 on the left).
What you need to do is get rid of the aquastop.sk folder in your local files, to get your site back into your local root, not a subdirectory of your root. To do that, select all of the files within aquastop.sk locally and drag them to the line at the top...
Site - Aquastop (GoroKey:Kluc:Kryton:Weby:Aquastop)
...from within the Files window in DW, the program will update all of your links.
Next, you'll need to get your FTP permissions repaired by your hosting company (you don't have overwrite capabilities right now).
You'll then be able to upload the contents of your local root folder to your server root and have the site appear when someone types in your domain name, without the extra aquastop.sk folder.

Some things to check...
It may have uploaded, but your browser is still showing old info. Clearing your browser cache will fix it in that case.
Check the FTP Log for an error. It is found under Window > Results > FTP Log. Open it and re-upload to see if the upload throws any errors.
Has this worked in the past, or is this the first time you've uploaded? If it's the first time, make sure you didn't forget your server root folder under your FTP credentials in Site > Manage Sites
