ftp uploading on dw creative suite 5 design premium after new mother board installed

after I had another mother board installed on my pc and I transferred some local files to remote via DW in my creative suite 5 design premium program installed in 2010, then once I brought my website up on my browser to see the changes, they were not there.

If you don't see recent edits, try using another browser.

I don't think these two issues are related because a motherboard would have no impact on your files on your computer or remote site. Have you tried using an incognito mode in your browser to see whether this is potentially a cache issue?  Or have you renamed the files by chance, and if yes, have you updated your HTML to see the new files?
