The link works for me. It takes me to the tutorial page. Can you retry?
The tutorials are in English though. Can you send me a screenshot of where you are being redirected to?

When I clicked on it initially, it gave an Adobe 404 page, but now is going to the English tutorials.
I think that is the intended page. The site was probably down for some time previously.
