I have a 20 second video that i want to loop on the home page of our web site. I want it to load automatically and to be embedded in the web page. How would be the best way to accomplish this? The current video is a Quick Time file but I can convert it to any format that will best server our needs. -Thanks

Flash Video would probably be the most widespread format that you could use.
