hover effect sound

Hello folks,

I'd like to have one special effect on my website, and I wonder if one of you could help me out with it, I am struggling a bit:

I created some hotspots on my page and I want to have a mouse-over sound effect on it, like if you touch it with the cursor, there is a little short sound of a snaredrum or whatever.

I thought I could do it with a behavior tag, but there are only visual effects available.

Do you know how to do it?
