If your copy is still good it will open for you.  Dreamweaver will connect to the internet once every month to verify your subscription so as long your subscription is current it will continue to work for you.

If this is an old copy that was under the old licensing model it will continue to work so long as it is compatible with your OS.  If it becomes incompatible, Adobe will no longer be issuing patches so it will not work after that point, and you will then need to subscribe to the latest versi
