how to configure dreamweaver to send forms to MySQL

I already created a databe MySQL on free.fr (France) and when i put link login and password in dreamweaver it tries to connect and says "Erreur 405 - Méthode de requête non autorisée" (Non authorized method request)

Please elaborate. Your subject says you are trying to send forms to MySQL, but then you talk about logins and passwords. What exactly are you trying to do and what steps have you taken?

I'm trying to make a web page with fom to fill in Dreamweaver CS4.

And I want the informations to be sent to a database MySQL.

this database is based in my webserver. in ordrer to access it i need login and password.

so I put them in dreamweaver (database tool).

so when DW tries to connect it show me the error message.

is there something wrong with my way of doing?
